    • The examination consists of 4 papers: Paper I, II, III, & IV.
    • Each paper carries 300 marks.
  • Number of Questions:
    • Paper I, II, & III: 150 MCQ type questions.
    • Paper IV: 125 MCQ type questions and Noting & Drafting for 50 marks.
  • Duration:
    • Each paper lasts 3 hours.
  • Qualifying Marks:
    • General Category: 40% in each paper with an overall average of 45%.
    • SC/ST Category: 33% in each paper with an overall average of 38%.
  • Syllabus Scope:
    • Includes circulars, orders, and guidelines issued up to 31st December of the preceding year.
    • Latest Annual Reports and Book of Information from the DoP website.
  • Examination Rules:
    • Conducted without aid of books.
