The India Post email (NIC) has been migrated to a new platform, and the older platform (https://email.gov.in) has been discontinued effective July 25, 2024 (w.e.f 25/07/2024). The new platform’s URL for India Post email is https://mail.gov.in.
Process to Change Mobile Number in India Post eMail
Currently, updating the mobile number in the eMail profile directly through the new platform is not possible due to security reasons. To change your mobile number, please follow these steps:
- Download the attached proforma for change of mobile number.
- Fill all required information correctly.
- Forward the filled proforma to the email addresses below through your Divisional Office:
