  4. Step 4: Operator Authentication:
    • Open the Jeevan Pramaan app and navigate to the “Operator Authentication” screen. Here, the user needs to provide details such as Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email address. This step ensures that the operator is authenticated to generate the DLC.
  5. Step 5: OTP Verification:
    • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address. Enter the OTP to proceed.
  6. Step 6: Face Authentication:
    • After successful operator authentication, the app will guide the user to a screen for face authentication. The pensioner or family member needs to provide their name as per Aadhaar and then proceed with the face scan.

  • PIB, DD & AIR (for media support)
  • UIDAI & MeitY (for technical support)
  • Ministry of Railways (for their own pensioners)
  • All Ministries/Departments
