How to Resolve Booking Receipt Printing Issues After Updating POS to Version 4.9.3

Issue: Unable to print booking receipts after updating the POS BO version to 4.9.3.

Solution: Please follow the steps below to overcome the printing issue:

  1. Open the URL: http://172.19.64.105:8080/pos/POS_New.
  2. Download the Counter.zip folder.
  3. Unzip the Counter.zip folder.
  4. Copy the unzipped Counter folder.
  5. Navigate to C:\POS\Application\ on your computer.
  6. Paste the copied Counter folder into the C:\POS\Application\ directory.
  7. Replace the existing DB_CON folder with the new one from the Counter folder (this is crucial to avoid a DB connection failed error).
  8. Launch the application.
  9. Perform a booking and check if the receipt printing issue is resolved.
