How to Resolve Booking Receipt Printing Issues After Updating POS to Version 4.9.3
Issue: Unable to print booking receipts after updating the POS BO version to 4.9.3.
Solution: Please follow the steps below to overcome the printing issue:
- Open the URL: http://172.19.64.105:8080/pos/POS_New.
- Download the
Counter.zip
folder. - Unzip the
Counter.zip
folder. - Copy the unzipped
Counter
folder. - Navigate to
C:\POS\Application\
on your computer. - Paste the copied
Counter
folder into theC:\POS\Application\
directory. - Replace the existing
DB_CON
folder with the new one from theCounter
folder (this is crucial to avoid a DB connection failed error). - Launch the application.
- Perform a booking and check if the receipt printing issue is resolved.
