How to Assign the Role PA30 & ZPY_MENU in SAP
Assigning PA30 Role
- The Divisional Head can assign PA30 to individuals working in the Accounts Branch of the concerned DDO based on the Postmaster’s request.
- The Postmaster (DDO) must authorize the individual and submit a request for authorization to the RDA-Divisional Head.
Approval Process
- The Divisional Head reviews and approves the DDO’s request.
- Upon approval, an approval copy is issued.
Assigning ZPY_MENU Role
Step 1: Raise a Ticket
- The System Administrator of the concerned office needs to raise a ticket for enabling ZPY_MENU authorization.
- Ensure to attach the approval copy to the ticket.
Step 2: Email HRMS Team
- The Division should send an email to the HRMS Team at CEPT.
- Include the approval copy and the ticket number in the email.
