Incentive Extension of PLI/RPLI promotional incentive to Divisional, ASP(HQ) and Sub Divisional Head
The Directorate of Postal Life Insurance (PLI) has announced the extension of the promotional incentive and monitoring structure for Divisional Heads, ASP(HQ), and Sub-Divisional Heads for another year, effective from July 1, 2024.
This decision comes after a review of the procurement incentive scheme introduced on July 1, 2023, aimed at motivating the sales force to procure more business.
The original promotional structure was issued in June 2020 and subsequently modified in July 2023 based on feedback from Circles.
