Welcome to your comprehensive guide for exam day preparations. It is crucial to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth examination process. Below are the essential guidelines:
- Verify Hall Permit Details: Ensure that your Hall Permit is accurate, especially your Name and Photograph. Report any discrepancies to the issuing authority immediately.
- Mandatory Hall Permit: Do not forget to bring your Hall Permit to the exam. Entry will be denied without it.
- Photograph Requirement: Hall Permits lacking a photograph are invalid. Present your Official Identity Card or Voter Identity Card to the invigilator or hall supervisor.
- Signing Hall Permit: Sign your Hall Permit only in the presence of the invigilator.
- Arrival Time: Arrive at the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- Permit Presentation: Show your Hall Permit to the invigilator upon entering the exam hall and hand it over before leaving.
- Punctuality: Late arrivals after the exam starts will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- Writing Instruments: Use only a blue or black ballpoint pen for writing and shading on the OMR sheet or answer paper.
- Prohibited Tools: Do not use pencils, markers, or whiteners on the OMR sheet or answer paper.
- Correct Entries: Carefully shade/write details such as Roll Number, Question Booklet Series, Exam Name, Exam Date, Candidate’s Name, Exam Centre, and Division Name on the OMR sheet.
- Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for any mistakes on the OMR sheet. Ensure all entries are correct, as no changes are allowed later.
- Read Instructions: Review the instructions printed on the Question Booklet and OMR Answer Sheets before answering.
- Exam Duration: Stay in the exam hall until the exam is finished and submit your OMR sheet to the invigilator before leaving. Exiting early will void your candidacy.
- OMR Sheet Copy: The OMR sheet has a built-in carbonless copy for your reference after the exam. Do not detach it until the exam is over.
- Submission of OMR Sheet: After the exam, carefully detach the carbonless copy and submit the original OMR sheet to the invigilator. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your candidature.
- Prohibited Items: Do not bring books, notes, mobile phones, pagers, calculators, or any electronic devices into the exam hall. Possession of such items will lead to disqualification and confiscation.
- No Negative Marking: There is no penalty for incorrect answers.
- Rough Work: Do not perform rough work on the OMR Answer Sheet.
Follow these guidelines meticulously to avoid any issues on exam day. Best of luck with your preparations and the examination!
